Modified procedure for notifications and questions to the ANVS
The Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ANVS) modifies its procedure for notification, questions and complaints on 6th of June 2017. The ANVS will be able to respond faster because of this modified procedure.
Starting the 6th of June you will have to select your type of notification from a list on our website . Your e-mail address, and if desired a brief explanation, will be also asked for. There are new forms for transport pre-notifications, generic transport pre-notifications and Euratom declarations. You will get an e-mail from the ANVS with instructions and a link to the relevant notification form. You are requested to fill in the notification form, sign, scan and attach the form in reply to the ANVS e-mail you have received. The modified procedure will allow the ANVS to respond within 1 or 2 days. When necessary the ANVS will contact you about your notification.
For transport announcements as required by a license, Euratom quarterly reports and amendments of notifications you will have to fill in the contact form on our website and attach the relevant appendix.
