Based on a transport licence, in some cases the transport must be reported 48 hours in advance (announced) and the arrival must be confirmed to the ANVS afterwards. For the notifications regarding your transport licence, you fill in a contact form and send the attachment(s) with it. The ANVS will take care of the notification of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate. You must still inform the other parties from your licence yourself.
How do you make a transport announcement?
- Go to the ANVS portal. Read more about the ANVS portal and eHerkenning in the questions and answers (in Dutch).
- Log in with E-herkenning
- Select 'Notifications and announcements
- Select 'Transport notification'
- Fill in the online form
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt from the ANVS with a registration number. You will need this number for further communication with the ANVS. After receipt, your notification will be assessed; if necessary, the ANVS will contact you.
How do you submit an arrival confirmation, change or cancellation?

- Select 'Notifications'
- Select 'Transport notification'
- Fill in the online form

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from the ANVS within 1 to 2 working days. After receipt, your change will be assessed; if necessary, the ANVS will contact you.
