Description of departments, duties and mandate combined

The current organisation and mandate decrees of the ANVS have been combined into a single document describing our departments, our duties and the mandated decision-makers in each department (mandate). While the substance remains unchanged, the format has been altered: we have now formalised the organisation decree in legal articles.

What do the organisation and mandate decrees say?

The organisation decree describes how the ANVS is organised. Which departments do we have? Which duties does each department have? The mandate decree sets out who in our organisation is mandated to make decisions.

Additional agreements on how we resolve matters within the organisation

The previous organisation decree set out a number of additional agreements on how we resolve matters within the organisation. For example, establishing which team takes the lead when two teams from two departments are working on the same subject. We have now incorporated these additional arrangements into a separate document (Implementation Document 2.1). We plan to update and redesign this document in the near future.
