If you have any questions about the availibilty of our documents, information, working methods, or any other questions about the ANVS, you can also send an e-mail to info@anvs.nl. We will respond as soon as possible. The ANVS may contact you by phone to ask for more information about your question or to inform you about the progress of your request.

Do you want the ANVS to make certain information public? You can submit a request for disclosure of information under the Open Government Act. This only applies to information in documents of which the ANVS was the author or the recipient. If you want information about how this works, read more about Open Government Act requests (in Dutch).
The staff of the ANVS make every effort to do their work diligently. If you feel you have been treated incorrectly, we kindly ask you to submit a complaint. This will help us to improve how we do our work. Submit a complaint about the ANVS.
