The Euratom 1493/93 declaration serves as proof that a consignee is authorised to receive a sealed source. The destination country's competent authority must authenticate the Euratom document. In the Netherlands, this is the ANVS. That means you can apply to us for a Euratom 1493/93 declaration. If we approve your application, you will receive a certified declaration. You must have this declaration in your possession before the transport commences.
