A new phase
In our Annual Plan 2026 you can read more about the actions we are taking this coming year. They concern our work, but also the way we develop our organisation.
In the past years we have experienced a strong growth in our number of employees. This year marks a new phase for the ANVS, say our governing board in the preface to the Annual Plan:
“It is now time to focus our number of colleagues and our efforts on how we can continue to carry out our work in a future-proof manner as an independent safety authority in a changing world.”
Resilient, agile and decisive
In January of this year we presented our five-year vision towards 2030 to our colleagues. Later this year we will share it with the wider world at our network Day. This annual plan is the first year of implementing that vision.
The vision can be summarised in three words: resilient, agile and decisive. These are the qualities we need to grow alongside the world around us across the next five years.
